One of two bespoke blends created in collaboration with Lockdown Liquor & Co, we have developed an exclusive cocktail available in the restaurant, and the perfect gift to take home. This negroni is twist on the classic with the addition of natural bitterness of grapefruit zest. Made with gin, campari, sweet vermouth and grapefruit bitters. Ingredients: Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Grapefruit Bitters
Cocktail Care: Store in a dry, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 10 days.
ABV: 24%
Serving suggestion: Pour over an ice-filled rocks glass and gently stir, garnish with a freshly sliced grapefruit wedge. Alternatively squeeze the oil of a grapefruit peel over the glass, then drop in.
