Hand painted by our Founder and Creative Director, Caryn Hibbert, all of our original prints depict the flora and fauna that inhabit Thyme’s garden, farm and wild spaces. The prints are then repeated by her husband, Jerry, before being scaled by our expert team in Lithuania onto beautiful, washed European linen.
Our veg patch table linen is inspired by the neat rows of vegetables found in our kitchen gardens at Thyme.
Picked daily for our restaurant, The Ox Barn, we celebrate our field to fork ethos, and the fact that home grown vegetables not only taste delicious, are rich in minerals and vitamins and are better for our planet, but are also very beautiful.
Bright and perfect radishes, delicious served simply with butter.
Carrots, domesticated from the wild species, Daucus carota that grow in the water meadows here at Thyme were originally grown for their seeds and leaves. Careful selection over the years for a less woody tap root has given us this familiar bright and cheerful root vegetable.
Onions, part of the allium family are often grown with carrots and radishes as their distinctive smell wards off pests and insects helping to ensure a healthy and wonderful garden.
Our napkins are 50cm x 50cm in 100% washed European linen.
