Expiry – This card remains valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The expiry date will be shown on your physical card wallet

Where to Use – Usable only at Wild By Tart for in‑house dining and drinks. Not valid for cash withdrawals or to buy other gift cards and in the Tart Shop.

Remaining Balance – Any unused value will stay on the card until it expires. No cash change will be given.

Card Security – Please keep your card safe. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced.

Refund Policy – Gift cards are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, except where required by law.

Reservations – Advance booking is advised. Let us know you’ll be using a gift card when reserving.

Business Closure – If the restaurant closes before the expiry date, any unused balance may be forfeited.
