The Roast Potato Seasoning to end all Roast Potato Seasonings.

Instructions: Parboil Your Tatties, Drain, Shake, Generously scatter the seasoning over them and shakes again. Roast in a preheated tray of hot oil or goosefat at 200c for 25mins (shake again halfway through). Turn down to 180c and bake for approx another 30 min until goldeb brown. Will make approx 1.5kg of roast potatoes.
